  • What is your in-store location?

    We are located at the Store Fashion Pakistan Lounge (FPL) Dolmen Mall Clifton Karachi, Sindh 75600.

    Customization is available for Luxury Formals and Bridal Couture.

  • What are your business days and timings?

    Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM PST

  • can i cancel my order?

    You can cancel your COD order within 24 hours. For orders where advance payment has been made, cancel your order within 24 hours to receive a refund.

  • can i amend my order?

    Any amendments can be suggested within 48 hours from the receipt of the order.

     


     

  • can i return and get refund?

    We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. In case if any customer wants refund, then we will offer a “Coupon Code” of the amount customer have paid.

  • What is the exchange policy?

    Please refer to ‘Exchange Policy’ section for the process of exchange.

    Please note: That the product you wish to exchange must be unused and Zebaqi team should be informed within 24 hours of delivery.

  • What if my outfit does not fit?

    If outfit does not fit, exchange policy holds on for ‘Ready to Wear’ category. Please refer to ‘Exchange Policy’ section.

     

    For luxury formals and bridals, clients must ensure correct measurements are provided to our team. You can enlist help of our designers or fashion consultant at the time of placing your order if you are having trouble in taking your personal measurements.

     

    Please note: That the product you wish to exchange must be unused and Zebaqi team should be informed within 24 hours of delivery.

  • What if the product color varies?

    Zebaqi ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Zebaqi does not accept responsibility for slight variations in color.

     


     

  • How shall I make my payment?

    Following are the options available for local orders at the time of checkout:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders upto 15,000 PKR.
    • Bank Deposit
    • Debit/Credit card via our payment partner Blinq

    For international orders:

    • Bank Deposit
    • Debit/Credit card via our payment partner Blinq
  • How will I know if my order is confirmed?

    After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your order has been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. You will receive a call from our team member after order placement for billing and delivery address verification.

     

    Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

    Ready to wear: 7-8 working days

    Luxury formals: 2-4 weeks

    Bridal Couture:  1 – 4 months

    Please note: For international orders, delivery time may increase by 5-7 days

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship to our clients internationally. Free shipping is offered for orders above 100K on international orders.
